Eco-conscious treat-ments that are results-oriented and a spa philosophy that is centered around mind-body-spirit balance and well-being. DO YOU HAVE ANY WORDS OF ADVICE FOR SOME-ONE BREAKING INTO THE SPA BUSINESS TODAY? Going the extra mile is not enough. When clients are in your chair, give them a piece of your heart. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE SPA INDUSTRY? I needed to supple-ment my singing career and enrolled in cosmetology school, specializing in nails. I manicured by day and sang by night.
